California youth minister faces sodomy charges in St. Louis County
Standard disclaimer: Being married and a parent, or saying you are a Christian, or working as a preacher, does not automatically make you more godly, ethical, or loving than anyone else.
And single Christian ladies who’d like to get married: time to give up on the “be equally yoked” teaching, since so many Christian men are rapists and perverts.

ST. LOUIS COUNTY • A California man faces multiple sex charges for allegedly sodomizing minors in St. Louis County between 2007 and 2009.
Brandon Milburn, 26, of Valencia, Calif., was charged last week in St. Louis County with six counts of first-degree statutory sodomy.
St. Louis County police say Milburn molested “multiple” victims before moving to California in 2010. He was arrested on Thursday at St. Louis County Police Headquarters and is being held on a $100,000 cash-only bail.
Milburn served as an intern with the First Christian Church of Florissant during this time, working in media and with youth, an official at the church confirmed.
“Having just heard of these charges from something that happened in 2007, our first concern is with how we can best help any victim heal,” according to a statement from the church. “The charges point to a time when as a college student he served in a part time role as an intern. For the last several years he has been living in another state. We have a justice system who can do the investigation and we will assist them any way we can as our church family works through this.”
According to Milburn’s LinkedIn profile, he attended St. Louis Christian College where he received a bachelor’s degree in Bible studies. It said he was most recently working as a youth minister in Ventura, Calif.
