….I want people to understand that just because I’m a woman, that doesn’t mean I have to partake in societal norms. This isn’t the 1950s. I don’t have to be married and have kids just to be a woman.

…I want people to understand that it’s okay for a woman who is almost 30 to not be married and to not have children.
