The 62-year-old known only as Silvia M slipped her boyfriend sleeping pills so he would “be quiet and go to sleep”

A wife accidentally killed her 73-year-old partner after giving him sleeping pills because she couldn’t keep up with his high sex drive.

The woman, known only as Silvia M for local privacy laws told the court that she couldn’t stand the pensioner’s sex games anymore and that she gave him sleeping pills so that he would “be quiet and go to sleep”.

The 62-year-old then lifted the lifeless body of Heinz P and dumped his body in a bin, leaving him there for around three weeks.

The former nurse was jailed for seven years by a court in the Austrian city of Salzburg on the charges of GBH resulting in death.

She admitted to giving Heinz “more than two, perhaps four” triazolam sleeping pills in June last year, but did not intend on killing him.

Silvia, who is originally from Berlin, has a lengthy criminal record in Germany.

According to the indictment, she failed to take into account the quantity Viagra and the amount of alcohol consumed by Heinz P, which enhanced the effects of the sleeping pills on the OAP’s body.

The next day, Silvia M. found Heinz P. dead in the bed.

As Silvia M. was sought by German cops in connection with various fraud cases, she had decided not to inform the police out of fear of being arrested and extradited to Germany.

Instead, she dragged Heinz P.’s body to his garage and hid the corpse in a rubbish bin after wrapping it in plastic.

The body was however discovered later in the month and Silvia M. was arrested on suspicion of murder.

According to a pharmacological expert, the number of tablets given to her partner was sufficient to be toxic.
