Pro-choice Abortion Activists Call for Mother’s Day Protests at Churches and Vandalize Churches
I am pro-life (not pro-choice) on abortion, I think too many Christians have turned motherhood (and marriage) into idols (they should stop doing this), and I don’t agree with a lot of Roman Catholic beliefs, but….
However, I don’t agree with pro-choicers harassing Roman Catholics or vandalizing Roman Catholic Churches on Mother’s Day (or any other time of year), which they’ve been doing lately because they are upset that abortion may go back to the states.
Putting a baby up for adoption is always a choice – I don’t know why these rabid pro-choice groups don’t take that into account.
Just because you become pregnant and carry the baby for nine months doesn’t mean you cannot put the baby up for adoption, so in that sense, these groups are incorrect to chant that “motherhood is being forced on women.”
As a life long celibate woman, allow me to remind you that having sex with another person is optional, not a necessity, and if you choose to engage in consensual sex, pregnancy is a possible outcome for most women.
If you’re a woman who doesn’t want to become pregnant, do not have sex. It’s pretty straight forward.

Excerpts:
Even mothers can’t get a day off from left-wing hysteria.
On the day we will be honoring the women who carried us to birth and raised us, radical miscreants are planning to take their battle to kill babies to Catholic churches this Sunday. …
… Could things get ugly? Of course. Pro-abortion groups have released the addresses of the right-leaning Supreme Court judges who think the states, not the feds, should decide to allow or restrict abortions. The White House is okay with doxxing SCOTUS justices. What’s the message? Do whatever you want to those judges.
… Also, what are the attention-starved trans wackjobs going to do to make Mother’s Day all about them? In Australia, one trans-man is calling for a name change. Mother’s Day is too “non-inclusive” since it’s all about those pesky “moms.” This non-binary, um, person is suggesting “Nurturer’s Day.”

Vandals reportedly used a Molotov cocktail to attack the headquarters of an anti-abortion organization in Wisconsin this weekend. The criminals also spray-painted a threat to the pro-life group that read, “If abortions aren’t safe then you aren’t either.”
The pro-life Wisconsin Family Action organization has a mission “to advance Judeo-Christian principles and values in Wisconsin by strengthening, preserving, and promoting marriage, family, life, and liberty.” The group is staunchly anti-abortion and “pro-family.”

A Catholic Church in Boulder, Colorado was vandalized this week with anti-religious and abortion rights graffiti.
The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office told Fox News it responded to reports Wednesday morning of vandalism at the church.
Photos show the church tagged with messages like “bans off our bodies” and “my body my choice.” Several anarchist symbols were spray-painted on the walls as well.

The plans come after a draft high court draft opinion striking down its 1973 Roe v. Wade decision was leaked Monday
Activist groups are planning protests defending abortion rights outside Catholic churches on Mother’s Day.
The plans target the religion of some Supreme Court justices after a draft high court draft opinion striking down its 1973 Roe v. Wade decision, which grants federal protections for abortion, was leaked by an unknown source on Monday.
Chief Justice John Roberts on Tuesday confirmed that Justice Samuel Alito’s draft opinion in the case Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization was genuine – although the draft dates back to February, and it does not represent the current or final opinion of the court.
A group known as “Ruth Sent Us,” which has a TikTok account with more than 20,000 followers, initially posted a video of a group of women wearing costumes inspired by Margaret Atwood’s “The Handmaids Tale” walking into what appears to be the front of a Catholic Church during Mass. …
Additionally, reports of churches being vandalized surfaced last week after the release of Alito’s draft opinion.
The Catholic Association Senior Fellow Grazie Pozo, Ph.D., told Fox News Digital in a statement that “the anti-child, anti-mother abortion brigades have chosen Mother’s Day — of all days — to invade our sacred churches”
“But then, we already know not even life is sacred to them. They are wasting their time. People of faith will not be intimidated by their harassment and threats. And mothers know how to deal with childish temper tantrums,” Pozo said.

One pro-abortion protester waved around a plastic baby doll with a pink cloth tied around its neck and even smashed the doll’s head on the ground.
Pro-abortion advocates in New York put on a disgraceful display in front of a Catholic Church this past weekend, disrupting prayers and exhibiting crude behavior at the place of worship. The protest, which took place at the corner of Prince and Motto streets in Soho, featured dozens of protesters who cheered and jeered at a line of people praying in front of the church.
…Here, she [one of the pro-choice activists] sits on the ground and appears to pretend to give birth. She also smashes the doll’s head on the ground in between her legs.
“Stop fcking praying it’s not fcking working,” she yells at the demonstrators, while pro-abortion activists laugh.

Pro-choice abortion activists are calling on Americans to storm Catholic churches on Mother’s Day to protest the potential overturning of landmark abortion decision Roe v. Wade.
A pro-choice group called Ruth Sent Us, named after late liberal Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, is urging followers on Twitter to “rise up against a corrupt and illegitimate” Supreme Court in the wake of Monday’s bombshell leak of a draft opinion that could end nationwide abortion rights.
“Whether you’re a ‘Catholic for Choice,’ ex-Catholic, of other or no faith, recognize that six extremist Catholics set out to overturn Roe,” the group tweeted Tuesday. “Stand at or in a local Catholic Church Sun May 8. #WarOnWomen #MothersDayStrike.”
The tweet also featured a video of activists in “The Handmaid’s Tale” outfits — likening the looming potential abortion ban to Margaret Atwood’s dystopian novel where women are treated as property of the state.
…. The group’s website urges people to sign up to “rise up” against the “extremist” Supreme Court and shockingly posted the private home addresses of the six conservative justices.
Another group, Rise Up 4 Abortion Rights, is organizing a “Week of Resistance” beginning on Mother’s Day through May 14 — culminating with protests in New York, Chicago and Seattle.
“Several cities will be hosting protests outside prominent churches in their towns,” its website states on its planned Mother’s Day events. “These can look like a group of people holding signs wearing Handmaid’s Tale outfits, passing out flyers outside to church goers or doing a die-in.”
The group also specifically targeted mothers in their push, urging them to take part in the peaceful protests while using tags on social media like #MothersDay and #RiseUp4AbortionRights.
“Motherhood should be a choice, not forced by the church or the state,” the group claims. “Forced Motherhood is Female Enslavement!”
The activists’ call to action comes after Monday’s leak, which Chief Justice John Roberts blasted as “absolutely appalling” while promising that the disclosure won’t stop the high court’s work.
The leak also led to protests outside the Supreme Court in Washington, DC, where a non-scaleable fence was erected late Wednesday.
