At some point, I’d like to do a post documenting (to this stage) the complete incompetence of the Joe Biden (Democrat) administration handling of the American southern border, but such a post may be days to weeks away.
Under the Democrats, so many illegal immigrants have been killed, children abandoned, or some migrant women raped on the way to, or trying to get into, the United States illegally.
We have the Democrats and open border advocates such as Melody Kay Young and Stephanie Drury’s far left farce of a Facebook group “Stuff Christian Culture Likes” and other progressives and “Never Trumpers” to blame for the southern border disaster – such people scream and cry about having a stronger border, as they incorrectly believe having a strong border is “mean” or “racist.”
The police should shove the rapist’s penis into a meat grinder and then shove the rest of him into a wood chipper.

Gerson Fuentes is accused of raping a 10-year-old Ohio girl, who later got an abortion

The man charged with the rape of a 10-year-old girl in Ohio is a Guatemalan illegal immigrant, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) source told Fox News Digital on Wednesday.
The Columbus Dispatch first reported that Gerson Fuentes was arrested after police said he confessed to raping a child on multiple occasions. He has been charged with rape, and the outlet reported that he was possibly in the country illegally.
The source told Fox that Fuentes is a Guatemalan national in the country illegally and that ICE has placed a detainer on Fuentes, which is a request he eventually be handed over to the agency for removal proceedings.
ICE later confirmed to Fox News Digital that Fuentes is in the U.S. unlawfully.
The story of the alleged rape was initially published in the Indianapolis Star in the context of the victim reportedly having to cross state lines to Indiana to get an abortion due to the state’s laws. It was cited by proponents of abortion access, who highlighted it as an example of the consequences of access being limited.
The Columbus Dispatch reports that local police have announced the arrest of a 27-year-old man who they say has admitted to raping the 10-year-old girl at the heart of a swirling story regarding abortion rights — one which has generated speculation as to its accuracy. As I reported on Sunday, details of the case were in question and there had been little to no movement on the case as it was reported.

A Columbus man was accused Wednesday of impregnating a 10-year-old girl who then had to leave Ohio for an abortion.
Gerson Fuentes, 27, was arraigned in Franklin County Common Pleas Court, charged with rape of a child under 13. He was ordered held on a $2 million bond.

An illegal alien is accused of raping a 10-year-old girl whose story was cited by President Joe Biden after she traveled from Ohio to Indiana to seek an abortion.
Gershon Fuentes, a 27-year-old illegal alien, was arraigned in court on Wednesday after he was arrested and charged. He allegedly admitted to raping the 10-year-old girl on two occasions in Columbus, Ohio.
The girl traveled to Indianapolis, Indiana, to get an abortion. A saliva sample was collected from Fuentes at the time of his arrest and detectives said DNA samples from him and from the girl’s siblings are being tested to verify the felony charges.
An Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) official confirmed to Breitbart News that Fuentes is an illegal alien living in the United States. The official also said the agency has placed a detainer on Fuentes to take him into their custody if he is released from local police custody.
Assistant Franklin County Prosecutor Dan Meyer told the media that Fuentes is believed to be an illegal alien living in the Columbus area. The Columbus Dispatch and the IndyStar both reported that Fuentes is suspected to be an illegal alien.

During Wednesday’s hearing, Assistant Franklin County Prosecutor Dan Meyer requested Fuentes be held without bond. He said Fuentes is not believed to be in the country legally and there are questions about his identity. [Emphasis added]
The rape swept international headlines after Biden repeated the story twice during speeches at the White House. Biden cited the case as evidence that girls and women would have to travel out of red states to seek abortions following the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade last month.
“Ten years old. Raped. Six weeks pregnant. Already traumatized. Was forced to travel to another state,” Biden said. “Imagine being that little girl. Just — I’m serious — just imagine being that little girl.”
Despite Biden’s claims, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost noted that although Ohio has hugely limited abortion across the state, its law allows for medical emergencies which include cases like the 10-year-old girl who was raped.
“She did not have to leave Ohio to find treatment,” Yost said.
Fuentes remains in the Franklin County Jail on a $2 million bail.

Dr Caitlin Bernard helped the child obtain the abortion after reporting the procedure to relevant state agencies before the legally mandated deadline.

A grand jury in Ohio has indicted the man accused of raping and impregnating a 10-year-old girl who traveled to Indiana for an abortion that became a flashpoint in the national debate over access to the procedure.
Twenty-seven-year-old Gerson Fuentes is charged with two felony counts of rape in an indictment filed Thursday in county court in Columbus.
Fuentes, of Guatemala, was arraigned last week and his bail was set at $2 million. His next hearing is scheduled for Monday. He’s currently in the Franklin County Jail.
