Married Pastor Allegedly Drugged, Raped Married Parishioner (who was not his wife) He Promised ‘Spiritual Revival’
Did being married make this pastor more loving, ethical, sexually pure or godly? Nope.
Did being married protect the woman in this news story, make her any safer? Nope.
We have here a married woman who was allegedly raped by a married man who works as a church preacher.
So, my fellow conservatives out there, both religious and secular, can stop trying to argue against anti-marriage rhetoric by the left by making such bogus claims (that marriage “improves” culture or makes people more responsible, mature, loving) – which they do. I was brought up in evangelical culture, in the Southern Baptist Church, and such propaganda is common, even now.
Conservatives mistakenly think that the way to “own the libs” and defeat anti-Nuclear Family, anti-natalism rhetoric from the left is to double down on marriage, parenthood, etc, and shame or fear monger any single, celibate adults into getting married, and to try to convince women that motherhood – not career or education – is in their best interest. It is a wrong and ridiculous strategy.

KISSIMMEE, Fla. – A Kissimmee pastor was arrested after he allegedly sexually battered a member of his church twice at his home, Osceola County deputies said.
Eddy Noelsaint, 51, was arrested on two charges of sexual battery after a woman told deputies he raped her twice at his home and reportedly drugged her on one occasion in 2022.
[The article says the woman claims that the pastor drugged her and then raped her once at his home, after his wife left for her job]
…A couple of months later in November 2022, she went to Noelsaint’s house again thinking she would be meeting with his wife who would be taking her to look for apartments.
Instead, Noelsaint was there, and he sexually battered her a second time, according to an arrest affidavit.
On Feb. 28, 2023, Noelsaint met with police and initially gave them conflicting stories about both incidents. He then confessed to sexually battering the woman.
He was booked into the Osceola County Jail.

A Florida pastor who allegedly drugged and raped a married parishioner after promising her a “spiritual revival” in his home was recently arrested on two counts of sexual battery and the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office believes there might be more victims.
Eddy Noelsaint, the senior pastor of the Evangelical Church of Restoration in Orlando, reportedly confessed to taking advantage of his parishioner twice, according to a press release from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office and Fox 35.
During the first rape that occurred on July 15, 2022, the parishioner was at Noelsaint’s house in Kissimmee to undergo a “spiritual revival” which is common in practice in her home country of Haiti. An affidavit cited by Fox 35 said Noelsaint’s wife had previously been assigned as the woman’s spiritual grandmother during her baptism at Noelsaint’s church.
At around 7 p.m. that day, however, Noelsaint’s wife left the home for work. The pastor instructed the woman to take a shower after that and while she was in the shower he walked into the bathroom and asked for sex which she declined.
He later made her green tea and the parishioner reported feeling ill after she drank it. When she complained further about not feeling well, the pastor gave her pills twice which gave her a headache and made her feel sleepy. When her heart started racing she asked her pastor to call 911.
Instead of getting her emergency help, Noelsaint allegedly took the woman to another room in his home and “sexually battered her,” police said. He also allegedly took the woman’s wedding ring and threw it away after claiming that it contained bad spirits.
