A Jesuit priest at the centre of a sex scandal at the Vatican tried to arrange a ménage à trois with two nuns, likening the tryst to the Holy Trinity, one of the nuns has said.

The allegation against Marko Ivan Rupnik adds to revelations of sexual antics dating back decades, all of which could be an embarrassment for the Pope, who is said to be close to the priest. Rupnik, 68, has produced mosaics that feature biblical scenes for a papal chapel at the Vatican.

A Slovenian priest who is said to be close to the Pope has been accused of inviting two nuns to take part in a ‘Holy Trinity’ threesome.

Marko Ivan Rupnik, 68, was accused by a former nun of using his ‘psycho-spiritual’ control over her some three decades ago to have sex, including group sex, and watch pornographic films.

At the time of the allegations, Rupnik, who is known in the church for his artwork, was a spiritual director of a convent in Slovenia and the former nun, now 58, has described how her complaints against the priest were ignored.

…The former nun told the Italian investigative newspaper Domani on Sunday in an explosive testimony: ‘Father Marko started slowly and sweetly getting inside my psychological and spiritual world, exploiting my uncertainties and fragility and using my relationship with God to push me into sexual experiences with him.’

The nun claimed Rupnik had groomed her, had sex with her and bullied her into silence during her time in the Slovenian convent between 1987 and 1994.

She claimed Rupnik had asked her and another nun to have sex with him, saying they would replicate the three-way relationship between God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

She said she believed Rupnik had abused as many as 20 women.

Also note: marriage and parenthood did NOT make this man more godly, mature, ethical, or responsible (as so many hyper pro Nuclear Family conservatives and Christians teach), and no, obviously, since this pervert got a spouse, God is NOT keeping spouses from single adults until they achieve some level of godliness or perfection.

A married Minnesota pastor and father of three is facing up to 35 years in prison and $90,000 in fines for allegedly having felonious sex multiple times with a teenage intern during counseling sessions at his former church.

Investigator Shawn Bohnen of the Sleepy Eye Police Department declared in a probable cause affidavit filed in Brown County Court that from about October 2019 through February 2020, Pastor Nathan Van Alfred Luong, 36, engaged in a sexual relationship with his underage victim multiple times while he counseled her at Trinity Lutheran Church.

Under Minnesota Law, members of the clergy can be charged with criminal sexual conduct in the third degree if a complainant is not their spouse and sexual penetration occurred during a meeting where the complainant sought or received religious spiritual advice, aid or comfort from the perpetrator.

And all the stuff I heard from Baptists and evangelicals and Protestants as I was growing up about marriage, dating, and complementarian male headship is totally false!

Is church a good place to meet single men if you’re a single woman who’d like to date or marry? Nope. Not only do most churches lack single men, but the ones who do attend (and even work a pastors!) end up being child pornographers.

I’m not sure if the pastor discussed in the articles below is married or not, or if he’s ever been married, but he probably is – or was.

The fact that this guy is into child porn puts to rest the Christian dating advice chest nut that God only sends spouses to people who “deserve” a spouse or who have achieved some kind of pinnacle of spirituality or godliness, so that, the standard Christian thinking goes, that they’ve “earned” one.

If child pornographers are getting married, that goes to show that you, as imperfect as you are (I’m assuming you’re not into child porn), sure as hey are not less worthy of marriage.

It seems like about at least once a month, a news story breaks about some church staff or pastor going to jail for having hidden cameras in a church’s bathroom.

At this point in time, if you attend a church, you may want to scrutinize the facilities to make sure there are no cameras by your toilet or urinal.

The phone, which was recovered from the men’s restroom at the church, was released to deputies and belonged to a preacher, William Page, 59, of Morgantown, deputies said.

On the phone, deputies found “videos of two males using the restroom,” as well as “several short videos of [Page] setting up the device,” according to the complaint.

Authorities allege that Lloyd-Jenkins, 43, notified a defendant of the pending investigation in March, then made false statements to law enforcement about her knowledge of the conduct alleged in the April indictment.

The former administrator and her husband were once partners in faith at Abundant Life Ministries until April 7 when Rev. Jenkins, 46, and Rev. Anthony Haynes, 38, were arrested by the FBI for sex trafficking of children.

This particular pervert, as one site noted, even peppered his social media accounts with Bible quotations and so on. Also note that in some of his Tweets, he mentions believing in “Family Values.”

GREENVILLE, S.C. —A church videographer repeatedly molested two young girls in the audio-visual room at their church and admitted it to church leaders, according to Greenville police.

The molestation, alleged to have happened at Greenville Presbyterian Church on Pendleton Street, was reported to police on Jan. 1.

The girls, ages 4 and 6, said they were repeatedly molested by church videographer, 23-year-old Gilbert Broyles, in November and December.Arrest warrants say Broyles admitted to church leaders that he either touched the girls underneath their clothing or got them remove items of clothing and touched them in “their private areas.”Police said they interviewed Broyles, and after he admitted his involvement with the girls, he was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.

On this blog for the past few years, I have been asking Christians to explain WHY a Christian single woman should only marry a Christian man (I’ve yet to receive a response), since

1. Christian females out number Christian males, it’s not possible – so you’re in fact asking such women to die single, even though they may want to marry; and

2. “because the Bible says not to be unequally yoked” ~ does not add up.

That is, a lot of Christian men are porn addicts, have affairs on their wives, beat their wives up, and fondle children, and so on (click here to read examples ~ and this link: Shocking Porn ‘Epidemic’ Stats Reveal Details About Christian Consumption: ‘A Very Real Addiction’ That Can ‘Spiral Out of Control’ (2014 Study) ).

~ I am not seeing any kind of logical, rational benefit for an unmarried, Christian woman to limit herself to dating and marrying Christian males only, when there are agnostic, Jewish, or whatever other men, who may be more loving and more ethical than Christians.

Here’s another example of a guy who is a Christian who worked as a preacher, he may be married with kids (not sure on that), he has AIDS, and was having sex with various church members but did not tell them he has AIDS.

If I am remembering right, some of the news articles said he was having sex IN THE CHURCH BUILDING itself, which, IMO, adds an extra layer of grossness and inappropriateness to the story.

Whether this guy is a “real” Christian or not is MOOT because the gals he slept with or married believed him to be one. I do so tire of Christians saying, “Yeah, well, I don’t think this guy was ever “saved” to start with, he’s not a “real” Christian.”

That point is moot and does not let the guy off the hook – and, it’s my belief that actual, real Christians are guilty of awful sins like this on occasion.

Let this also serve as another example that marriage or being a parent does not instantly bestow a person with character, good morals, or godliness – the guy who did these deeds is married with a kid.

I have never married and never been a parent, but I’ve also never molested any kids, killed animals, or been involved in Satanism. A person does not need marriage or to pro-create to be a decent, ethical, compassionate, or law-abiding human being.

• The 2005 Louisiana church molestation case that inspired the plot for the first season of HBO’s “True Detective” series involved a so-called youth pastor sexually abusing his own daughter and the lead pastor dedicating children to satan.

  Details of the case, which involved pastor Louis Lamonica Jr., and youth pastor Austin “Trey” Bernard of Hosanna Church in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, were revealed in a new VICE media documentary, “The Real ‘True Detective.'”

  Lamonica’s initial confession to local police opened up the case in 2005. The detectives who worked the case, captain Stuart Murphy of the Tangipahoa Sheriff’s Office and Tom Tedder, a special agent with the FBI, discussed it in greater detail with VICE and revealed some horrifying details.

• Murphy revealed part of Bernard’s confession where he discussed the likelihood that he molested his own daughter.

  “I did touch my daughter and have improper contact with her,” Bernard told police in his confession. “At about 1-year-old, I began having shaking hands when changing her diaper, fearing what I am capable of.”

  Lamonica, who is now serving four concurrent life sentences for the details he gave up in his confession, admitted to satanic practices, child molestation, and the abuse of his own children inside the church.

  “And the dedication of [this 1-year old] into satan was this pentagram,” said Lamonica to police during his confession. She would be standing in the middle and it was like, her little dress/outfit was taken off and, there was a animal killed. If I remember right, it was a cat. Killed, blood drained and everybody drank the blood.”

• …Murphy described the molestation that allegedly went on in the church as an exhibition that involved members sharing the children with each other to sexually abuse. The adults also confessed to each other the heinous things they did to them during their prayer meetings.
