Police Officer Convicted of Sex Assault for Stealthing (Removing Condom During Sex Without Partner’s Permission) In Landmark Trial By C. Gollayan
Why is pays to be celibate….
A German police officer was found guilty of sexual assault after he removed his condom during intercourse without telling his partner, a disturbing trend called “stealthing.”
This marks the first case of “stealthing” that’s been prosecuted in Germany. The 36-year-old defendant was sentenced on Dec. 11. He received an eight-month jail sentence, was fined $3,400 in damages and is required to pay a $109 fine to pay for the victim’s STI test.
Court spokesperson Lisa Jani told CNN the perp carried out the offense at his apartment in Berlin.
The victim “explicitly requested” that the police officer wear a condom, and she did not give consent to having unprotected sexual intercourse. She realized he was not wearing a condom when he ejaculated.
Divorced 50-Something Lady Named Andy Says Her Ex Husband Gave Her an STD
On the November 6, 2018 episode of “The 700 Club” the Christian show host received a letter from a 54 year old woman named “Andy.”
I do not as of yet see this letter uploaded on (Link): the 700 Club You Tube account, (it would probably be uploaded under the “Your Questions, Honest Answers” section – edit: the just uploaded the ENTIRE day’s episode, the letter comes towards the end of the show/video), and I saw this letter only one time, so I am having to go on memory here.
(Whoever runs the 700 Club You Tube account has dropped the ball over the past year: they used to promptly upload each and every episode and the “Answers to Questions” segments every day within an hour after airing on TV, but they’ve not been doing that lately I have noticed. Anyway.)
From what I can recall, this Andy lady (who is apparently a Christian) said she was married to her husband for about twenty years.
Andy said at one stage of their marriage that her husband had an affair with another woman, which resulted in the husband contracting a very bad STD (sexually transmitted disease), and he passed it on to her.
This played a role in why she divorced her husband. She remains single now.
STD (Sexually Transmitted Diseases) Rates in US Hit New Record (2018)
It seems about once a year or once every other year, I see these sorts of headlines about STDs being on the increase.
One “preventative project” that is FREE: celibacy.
The federal government continues to slash funding towards state and local preventative projects
The CDC found that reported cases of three STDs hit an all-time high in 2017, suggesting that while sexual activity is decreasing in the U.S., it’s getting riskier.

Rates of three sexually transmitted diseases — syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia — have hit a record high for the fourth year in a row, the Centers for Disease Control announced Tuesday.
Man Ordered to Tell Police Before Having Sex Infects Two Women With HIV
Zoe DrewettWednesday 15 Aug 2018 6:23 pm
A man who has been told to tell police if he wants to have sex with someone has admitted infecting two women with HIV.
Aaron Sutcliffe, 29, today pleaded guilty to unlawfully and maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm by having sex with a woman between January and May 2016.
He previously pleaded guilty to the same offence at an earlier hearing in June for having sex with another woman between January 2009 and September 2010.
Sexually Transmitted Diseases At All Time High in California (2018)
by Associated Press
LOS ANGELES — A California report finds the number of cases of sexually transmitted diseases in the state reached a record high in 2017.
The California Department of Public Health said Monday that more than 300,000 cases of chlamydia, gonorrhea and early syphilis were reported last year. That’s a 45 percent increase compared with five years ago.
CDC Turns to GOOGLE, Socials to Predict Syphilis Outbreaks…
After decades of steady decline, infection rates for the sexually transmitted disease started to rise after hitting a historic low in 2000 — from 2.2 cases per 100,000 people to 8.7 cases per 100,000 in 2015 and 2016, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
A Married Hedge-Funder Wooed His Beauty-Pageant Mistress With the Promise of An Ostrich Farm in Uganda – Only To Gift Her With An STD
by Julia Marsh
A married hedge-funder wooed his beauty-pageant mistress with the promise of an ostrich farm in Uganda — only to gift her with an STD, a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit says.
Former Miss Germany International Aline Marie Massel, 31, revealed the alleged seamy details of her two-year illicit relationship with Autonomy Capital CEO Robert Charles Gibbins in new court documents.
The beauty queen-turned-Tesla model met Gibbins while dining at Le Bilboquet in Manhattan in June 2014, her suit says.
Gibbins, who is in his 40s, told Massel he was unmarried and said he wanted to have four children with her, the suit says.
“He promised to buy a large estate for them in Canada called the Royal Antler . . . and an ostrich farm in Uganda,” according to court papers.
HIV Positive Homosexual Guy Allegedly Cut Tips Off Condoms to Infect His Grindr Dates
I most usually focus on hetero-sexuals or heterosexual related issues, but there’s this story (another example of why being celibate isn’t so bad, you don’t have to worry about someone deliberately trying to give you a STI):
A hairdresser deliberately infected at least four men with HIV after meeting them on gay dating app Grindr — before sending them mocking messages, a court heard.
Daryll Rowe, 26, from Edinburgh, Scotland, is accused of embarking on a “cynical campaign” to infect as many men as he could with the virus.
He texted one of his alleged victims: “Maybe you have the fever cos I came inside you and I have HIV, lol. Whoops!”
The court heard Rowe also called one of his victims and laughed over the phone as he goaded the man about his potential diagnosis.
The victim later tested positive for HIV, with a strain of the virus similar to Rowe’s.
Woman Dies of Flesh-Eating Bacteria After Sex Game Goes Wrong
Note that in the original headline of this piece, the woman is referred to as a ‘Mom,’ which I (Link): find a little annoying.
A young mom died from a rare flesh-eating disease after being injured during a sex game with her boyfriend.
Care assistant Katie Widdowson told medics she had hurt her wrist while being restrained in bed.
But hospital doctors diagnosed a simple sprain and sent her home – missing warning signs that it was something far more serious.
Man with HIV Charged with Murder After Girlfriend Dies of AIDS
American culture inside and outside the church glorifies sex and ridicules celibates, but it looks to me there are sometimes advantages to being celibate, such as…

A married man accused of not telling his longtime girlfriend that he was HIV-positive was charged with murder after the woman died of AIDS.
‘STD-Verified’ Dating App Called NeatClub – article by J. Burns
So sad we’re living in a day and age where this sort of thing is necessary. And yes, there are advantages to being celibate… like avoiding getting STIs.
You don’t need funding or a government program to avoid getting an STI – being celibate will do the trick, and it’s free.
Again, the idea behind NeatClub isn’t totally surprising, and could easily be tempting for anyone who’s experienced the fear surrounding STIs and exposure to them.
By phone, founder Ashka Shah noted that medical experts have described the ongoing rise in STI cases in the United States as an epidemic–one that particularly affects gay and bisexual men, and which the CDC credits in large part to related funding cuts in recent years, Slate pointed out.
Despite this, sexually active folk aren’t showing up for testing like they should, and often for different reasons, according to Shah. “My research showed it was partially stigma and partially ignorance,” she said.
By inviting daters to get their status and any disclosure thereof settled at the start, Shah said, she hopes the app will help break down some of that stigma while helping to keep people safer.
CDC Report: Virgin Teens Much Healthier Than Their Sexually Active Peers (2016 Report)
Oh no. Just look at the CDC being a bunch of slut shamers!
How dare the CDC point out there are any benefits to sexually abstaining – because this just ruins some of the liberal, left wing, secular feminist talking points and probably gets the Anti-Purity Culture Crusaders upset (note: I do agree there are some problems with Purity Culture teachings, but unlike most of those who rant against it, I don’t think the Bible teaches that God is a-ok with pre-marital sex.)

Teenagers Given Condoms at School Likelier to Become Pregnant and Get STDs / STIs: 2016 Study
- by MICHAEL J. NEW
- June 17, 2016
- A new study by a pair of Notre Dame economists received some media attention this week. It found that school districts that instituted condom distribution programs in the early 1990s saw significant increases in the teen-fertility rate [as well as an increase in sexually transmitted diseases].
People Are Having ‘Sex Roulette’ Parties Where One Person Secretly has HIV
Some people are truly depraved. This is another time I am glad I am celibate.
A lot of people in American culture mock people like me who choose to refrain from sex, but I’d rather be abstaining than defiling and debasing myself and risking my health over stuff like this.
- by R Waugh for Metro
- It’s the ultimate in extreme sex – parties where one person secretly has HIV, and everyone has unprotected sex without knowing who it is.
Abstinence Groups: New Sex-Ed Study Misses Point of Urging Teens to Wait

Abstinence advocacy groups say a new (Link): study criticizing virginity pledges misses the point of abstinence education.
The study, “Broken Promises: Abstinence Pledging and Sexual and Reproductive Health,” published on the website of the Journal for Marriage and Family, reports that the vast majority of virginity pledgers break their promise to save sex for marriage.
Woman Realizes Having Open Relationship Bothers Her / Married Couple Confront Each Other About Their Other Sexual Partners via Cosmo Magazine
I do have some problems with how conservatives (including conservative Christians not just secular social conservatives) deal with the topic of sex (hey, about 65% of my blog posts are about that topic). However, your liberals can be problematic in this area as well.
Liberals like to believe sex has no consequences, not physical nor emotional.
However, at the same time, they scream on their blogs against abstinence-only public school sex education and yell that women should receive tax-payer funded birth control, abortion should be legally and widely available, and so on.
Liberals tend to downplay the possible physical ramifications of sex, especially for women, when speaking or writing for women (ie, sexually transmitted diseases and unplanned pregnancy), to teach women that being trampy is not shameful but is feminist and empowering. I find that liberals sometimes speak out of both sides of their mouth on this topic.
Secular feminists also like to tell women (especially the younger, naive ones) that they won’t have any emotional fall-out from having sex.
I’ve known women (in person) and read of too many testimonies by women online and in magazines to know that is not always so.
Plenty of people do have issues accepting that their partner has a sexual history or has cheated on them with another person.
Here is another example or two of this being the case (I have not watched the video on the page with the video.)
I will also link to a page I saw recently by a woman who said she was initially fine and accepting of her poly-whatever boyfriend but after so many months of dating the guy, knowing he was emotionally growing attached to the other women he was dating and having sex with disturbed her.
Virginity is a Sacred Choice, Not a Shameful Status by C. Martin / Giving Sex to a Man is Not A Guarantee for a Lasting Relationship – Contra Comic Chelsea Handler
The following blog post contains strong profanity in places and some frank sexual talk.
Not that I object to this editorial per se, but it’s being carried by the same site (a pro-life site) that (Link): usually denigrates female virginity – because they put too high a premium on people pro-creating, and if a woman is remaining chaste, she is, in their opinion, in sin, or error or some sort, for not having sex and making babies, because supposedly, a woman’s only purpose in life is to make babies (even though the Bible no where teaches this concept).
But here is a guest editorial they are featuring where the author is defending a person’s right to sexually abstain, and it’ okay.

- Our society is obsessed with talking about sex, regardless if you’re having it or not. Take for instance the recent March (Link): cover of People magazine, which featured the title, “Bachelor’s Sean & Catherine, Waiting for Our Wedding night.”
- To make things a bit clearer, they added below the title, “No sex until ‘I do.’” The cover may intrigue those who scratch their heads, wondering in earnest why anyone would (gasp) wait to have sex.
No, I Do Not Like Richonne (Rick and Michonne as Romantic Couple on television series The Walking Dead) – Sex Can Be Risky in the Apocalypse
Richonne is Over (Finally! – I Hope) – see update below, under the “November 2018” section – and I keep hearing from pesky, awful “Richonne” fans on Twitter – edit on that below, too
This may be, perhaps, the only, or one of the very few, anti- Richonne blog posts on the internet.
To any Richonne Fans Who Are Reading This
If you have not seen my “About” page (and I currently have this stated at the top of the blog itself), I seldom permit dissenting views to be published on my blog.
Therefore, if you are a rabid Richonne supporter who leaves me a nasty, rude comment in response to this post, I likely will not publish it.
I don’t even bother to read the entirety of such posts – the moment I glance a few cuss words or rudeness in the first sentence of a post that is pending, awaiting me to grant permission to publish it, I hit the “trash can” button and delete it. I don’t even read the entire thing once I have ascertained it’s a vitriolic post.
So please, don’t waste your time or mine by composing one.
There is an addendum below addressing people on Twitter who were commenting to me how having Michonne, a black woman, in a romance with a white guy on this TV show, was supposedly oh- so- important. I have addressed those types of comments much farther blow (towards the end of the post, before the “Related Posts” section).

I did an internet search or two in the days after the February 21, 2016 airing of the zombie apocalypse show The Walking Dead episode in which the Rick Grimes character has sex with the Michonne character for the first time.
In the vast majority of reaction I see in blog posts or comments on entertainment sites that discuss “Richonne,” most people appear approving or enthusiastic about this TV show pairing. I cannot fathom why this is so.
I remain perplexed at the drooling, nutty, overboard enthusiasm so many TV viewers have for wanting to see TV characters date each other.
Further, if you dare disagree on these other sites about “Richonne” and admit to disliking “Richonne,” no matter how politely you state your views, many of these “Richonne” supporters become unhinged and vitriolic.
I happen to like the Michonne character and the Rick character – Rick has always been one of my favorite characters on the show. I have nothing against either actor who plays these characters.
However, I do not like or enjoy a Michonne-Rick romantic pairing.
I did not enjoy the show attempting to romantically pair Rick up with Jessie, either.
(Jessie was later killed by being eaten by zombies).
I mention this early on, as a lot of these Richonne fans wrongly assume anyone who dislikes “Richonne” must be a “Jessie – Rick shipper.”

If condoms are OK for Zika, why not Aids, Pope Francis? by B. Ellen
This editorial: “If condoms are OK for Zika, why not Aids, Pope Francis? by B. Ellen is farther down the page.
I have explained before on this blog that I am not Roman Catholic, and that I disagree with their theology (ie, their rejection of sola fide, sola scriptura, etc).
However, I find that Protestant attitudes on topics sometimes parallel what Roman Catholics (specifically, the Pope) says or thinks, so I do occasionally post about sexuality, dating, marriage, etc, as it intersects Roman Catholicism.
There are some Baptists and Protestants who seem to feel that the only purpose for sex is for pro-creation. If I am not mistaken, that is the Roman Catholic position on sex as well – all sex is supposedly meant to create pregnancy, that a person isn’t to have sex just for the sheer enjoyment of the act. I disagree.
Anyway, I found this interesting. Some in the media are framing the current Pope as saying it’s acceptable for women to use birth control rather than risk getting pregnant and having a fetus with Zika.
I find this a bit confusing, as a p_r_o_Life Twitter page I follow, which is Roman Catholic, if I am not mistaken, believes that a celibate woman is just as bad as a woman who gets an abortion.
These types of P_r_o_Life Catholics really feel it is a woman’s DUTY or only value in life to have a baby – it’s absolutely contrary to what the Bible teaches and is incredibly sexist. I have blogged on that before here:
- (Link): Pro-Life, Yet Anti-Celibacy, Anti-Childless Christian Site Tweets Story about Mother Who Slit New Born Infant Son’s Throat to Save Her Sex Life (Christians equating single or childless / childfree women to women who murder their babies)
- (CNN) Pope Francis suggested that contraceptives may be used to prevent the spread of the Zika virus, despite the church’s longstanding ban on most forms of birth control.
