GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Swingers — or people who regularly swap sexual partners [🤮] or engage in group sex [🤮] — are ironically all alone when it comes to the rest of society. A new study finds these individuals are often snubbed by others — to the detriment of their health.

Researchers from the University of Florida discovered that people in open relationships often face negative attitudes regarding their lifestyle from others and that this impacts their mental health and well-being.

The wife claims that her pastor husband forced her to engage in a “menage a trois” with some other guy, she claims her husband was abusing her, and she got the third guy in the menage a trois to murder her spouse.

The wife of a slain Oklahoma pastor who admitted to collaborating with her lover to murder her husband was sentenced to life in prison Wednesday.

Pontotoc County Judge Steven Kessinger sentenced Kristie Evans to life in prison with the possibility of parole for her role in the March 22, 2021, murder of her husband, David, who served as pastor of Harmony Freewill Baptist Church in Ada.

This is one of the dumbest articles I’ve ever read.

Who’s to say that a plastic flamingo is always a sign that someone is a swinger? Maybe a plastic flamingo is just a plastic flamingo.

The article also claims that other items are signs that someone is a swinger, including pineapple imagery and garden gnomes. So stupid.

The article also claims that a woman wearing an anklet or toe ring may be a swinger – what a bunch of horseshit! I’m a celibate woman who has worn anklets or toe rings in summer at times (when I’m in sandals).

Just because someone is wearing a toe ring, black ring, anklet, has a plastic flamingo or a garden gnome or two in their yard, or a pineapple image on their property (upside down or no), doesn’t necessarily mean they’re a “swinger,” give me a break!

Swinging is reported to be on the rise, with as many as 15 million Americans habitually swapping partners to spice up their sex lives.

And research has revealed swingers in the US are “mostly white, middle-aged and middle income,” meaning there’s no shortage of stimulated suburbanites secretly getting down and dirty behind the white picket fence.

While most keep their bedroom behavior a secret, swingers use certain signs to indicate their interest in unorthodox sexual practices.

So, if you’re a nosy neighbor wondering whether the people on your streets are freaks in the sheets, these are some innocuous objects to watch out for.

According to the Sun, flamingos symbolize swinging, with partner swappers placing plastic replicas of the bird in their front yards to let others know they’re up for a good time.

Also goes to show that marriage doesn’t make people more sexually ethical. Many conservative and Christian marriage pushers often insist that single adults are more sexually reckless than married people, which is not so.

A person can marry and engage in sexual sin within their marriage.

A top candidate in the Republican primary for Oregon governor has admitted that he and his wife had explored a swinging lifestyle before deciding that swapping partners wasn’t for them, according to a report.

Stan Pulliam, 40, told the Willamette Week that he and his wife of 12 years, MacKensey, had “explored relationships, mutual relationships with other couples, for a brief period of time before ultimately deciding that it wasn’t for us.”

Pulliam, the mayor of his hometown of Sandy, fessed up to the outlet after a 2016 screenshot from a page titled “Swinger Facebook Group PDX” made its rounds across the state’s political circles.

My comments about this article:

The swinging wife of the married couple says she is living a “pure” lifestyle.

No, lady, no, you’re not. It’s the opposite of “pure.” You and your husband are total sluts. (Slut shaming is sometimes a good thing, link on that. It sure comes in handy on occasions like this one.)

What this couple is doing is classified as “fornication” or “adultery” in the Bible, so yes, God would have a problem with what they are doing.

It does not matter if the couple practicing are both fine with it; it matters what God has to say on the matter, and God says sex is to be between one man and one woman who are married to each other.

In teachings on sexual morality and marriage in the Bible, nowhere does God tack on this qualifier: “unless both partners agree to it, then, in which case, hey, I’m fine with it, too.”

The woman in this article arguing as she does would be like a Christian saying that her preacher is fine with her stealing candy from babies, and as she agrees it is fine too, it does not matter if God says in the Bible that stealing is sinful.

If we all just agree with each other that stealing is acceptable, or murder, or incest, or whatever, then it’s not a sin! What wonky reasoning. It’s still considered a sin by God, regardless if humanity is fine with it.

Note also that this story flies in the face of common Christian propaganda about sex and marriage, e.g.,

• -that marriage makes a couple sexually pure (they are getting their sexual needs met via a spouse so they will not commit fornication, so the thinking goes), and that
• -married people are more godly and mature than adult singles
• -married sex is “mind blowing”
• -(married) women want emotional intimacy only or primarily and hate sex or are un-interested in sex

Note also that these deviants met on a dating site.

I’ve had several married friends aggressively push “use a dating site, Christian Pundit!!” line on me when I have mentioned wanting to be married. Look at the kind of crack pots are on dating sites.

I wonder if on those dating sites this “swinging” Christian couple were members of, if they classified themselves as Christian?

If so – again, Christians, tell me why Christian single women should only marry another Christian, when there are atheists out there who have better sexual morals than this?

The people in the photos (IMO – and I refer to the photos on the page of the swinging body builder couples) are terribly unattractive. I don’t know how people that are so physically unappealing manage to get married and have sex, let alone get a date. Yikes.
