A New York teacher is being sued for allegedly manipulating a fifth-grade girl into changing gender without her parents’ consent.

The nine-year-old child, who was taught by Debra Rosenquist at Terryville Road Elementary School in Long Island, identifies as a girl but was being called a boy’s name and given male pronouns in class.

The damning lawsuit claims that Rosenquist started calling the fifth-grader ‘Leo’ and using he/him pronouns in class in October 2021 – unbeknownst to the girl’s parents.

It was only months later in January 2022 – when the girl was caught drawing a picture of a suicidal girl with the words ‘I wanna kill myself’ – that her parents were informed that she was being called male pronouns in school.

Rosenquist also allegedly read from LGBT books that were not on the school district’s curriculum, and told her students to ‘try being gay’ even if they were not.

What I say in this post is also applicable to anyone else, but as of late, we’re having a cultural moment in the United States (Great Britain and Scotland also seem to be having this same problem), where transgender persons, mostly biological men who claim to be women (“transwomen”) are demanding, or guilt tripping, others into constantly validating or accepting them and their new “woman” identity.

Just as I said in another blog post months ago about clinically depressed people having the ability to make choices and to make changes (and yes, they do have that ability), so too do these transgender people.

Just as a clinically depressed person is still responsible for his or own situation and happiness in spite of having depression, so too are transgender persons.

You may not be “to blame” for having a problem, whether it’s depression or whatever else, but you remain responsible for how you handle and deal with that problem.

A person granting another adult, (whether they suffer from depression or gender dysphoria), non-stop empathy, attention, validation, and acceptance, is not ultimately going to erase the person’s depression or dysphoria.

The empathy, the validation, and so on, that these emotionally damaged and needy people say they want, and that some of them rudely or arrogantly demand from others, only acts like a temporary band-aid to a very deep wound that needs surgery.

Your emotional wound and inner pain is not going to permanently go away until and unless YOU take charge and do something about it.

One of the things you can do about it is to start seeing a reputable therapist or psychologist, of the “non-woke” variety.

A woke, progressive therapist will only keep you trapped in what is making you unhappy to start with, largely by giving you that on-going validation you want – rather than help you find solutions you can actually start working on.

At the very least, seek out free, online self-help material by therapists and psychologists if you cannot afford regular mental health professional visits. Do not seek out help, advice, or empathy from places such as Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, or Twitter.

Other adults pitying you, giving you affirmation, calling you by your “preferred pronouns,” or reassuring you that yes, you’re a victim in life, and so on, will not solve your deeper problems.

Transitioning from being one biological sex to pretending to be the other biological sex likewise will not permanently, psychologically heal a person.

If you did not like yourself when you presented as a man, most of you won’t like yourself after you begin to present as a woman, either.

If you were born a woman and didn’t like yourself when you were a woman, and then try to present and live as a man, you still won’t like yourself, either.

It’s popular on some sites to write off YEC (young earth creationism), literal six day creationist Christians, as being yokels and dumb-dumbs, but nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing, takes the cake for stupidity and being anti-scientific like insisting or demanding that the sex of human skeletal remains cannot be determined, because perhaps the dead person “identified” as non-binary or some such idiotic queer theory stupidity.

Contra queer-theory advocates (which would include many Democrats, liberals, and progressives), women do not have penises and men do not have periods (ie, monthly shedding of the uterine lining).

Progressives will bend or flatly deny biological, scientific fact and reality in service of promoting their stupid “Queer Theory.”

Progressives on Twitter, though, are currently more concerned that people commenting upon these news stories may not be referring to Miller by “preferred pronouns” of “they” or “them,” which are generally used to refer to groups of people, not an individual (aside from maybe situations where the biological sex of a person is not known, and then “they” is sometimes substituted).

Referring to a person as “he” is not “misgendering,” by the way. “Misgendering” involves acknowledging that there is such a thing as a gender binary (male and female) to start with, which most progressive kooks deny in the first place.

Miller is a biological male, so to call Miller a “she” would be a case of “misgendering.”

The pronoun “they” is not a gender term in and of itself, since it can refer to either a male or female but is usually a plural term used to denote a group of people of one or both (mixed) sexes present; the word is not in and of itself a reference to biological sex either way.

If Miller isn’t comfortable with acknowledging via language that he (yes, I said “he”) is biologically a man, that doesn’t change reality. Miller is still a biological man regardless of what one label slaps on to him. It’s pointless to chuck out perfectly good pronouns such as “he” and “him” that society already has in place.

The woke liberals are more concerned that people refer to Miller as “they” or “them” than they are that Miller is grooming under-aged girls.

In terms of physical biology and human anatomy, no.

Biological women are the ones in the human race who become pregnant, can get pregnant, and/or give birth – which makes them mothers. The father is the biological man who contributes the sperm.

Now, in- so- far as not all women can or want to have babies – because they are infertile or are childfree or some such – well, yes, I would agree that “womanhood” shouldn’t be confined to meaning “motherhood” in that sense (too many Christians keep defining womanhood to mean “woman who marries and has children.”)

But this transgender attempt at re-defining the word “motherhood” based on the bonkers idea that “fathers can be mothers” is a big no-go from me.

Even if we arrive one day where technology allows for a uterus to be implanted into a biological male (chromosomes XY), that person with an implanted uterus still will not be a woman – he will be a man with an implanted uterus.

Not everyone who gives birth is a “mother,” this transgender man would like medical workers to know.

In Oct. 2020, Los Angeles resident Bennett Kaspar-Williams, 37, gave birth via caesarean to a healthy baby boy with his husband, Malik.

But in the process of having little Hudson, Kaspar-Williams was troubled by the constant misgendering of him by hospital staff who insisted on calling him a “mom,” the Daily Mail reported.

Do the majority of trans people not understand that just because they “identify” as whatever sex doesn’t change their biological reality (assuming, in pertinent cases, they’ve not received surgical altercations to their bodies)?

I keep seeing these kinds of news stories periodically.

Democrats, the left, many liberals, and trans-activists, do not “follow the science.”

If they did, this insanity would not exist.

If you were born a biological female but want to play-act that you’re a man, be my guest (so long as it doesn’t infringe on my rights in any way), but, to receive proper medical care, your physician(s) and other medical staff will have to know your biological sex – for your own safety.

Biological men and biological women don’t always have the same symptoms or respond to certain medications in the same way.

I’m not sure how much, if any, of the perceived rudeness by hospital staff mentioned in these news reports, was intentional. If it was intentional, that is not caring or professional.

It’s going to be interesting in another 20 years, when a lot of these younger people who adamantly now identify as the opposite sex and insist every one else play along later admit they were wrong – and express regret and embarrassment over how stupidly they behaved when younger over all this.

Hospital says care was ‘medically appropriate and compassionate’

A trans-identified biological female alleges that a hospital in New York discriminated by requiring a pregnancy test even though the patient identifies as a male and says the nurses did not use preferred pronouns.

Trey Lowery, who identifies as a male and underwent bariatric sleeve surgery at Highland Hospital in Rochester in July, is threatening to file a lawsuit after experiencing “discrimination” at the healthcare facility.

Lowery expressed outrage after being asked to take a pregnancy test. As an affiliate of the University of Rochester Medical Center, Highland Hospital requires all biological females with female reproductive organs to undergo pregnancy testing before any surgery involving anesthesia regardless of whether they identify as female.

Speaking with the local ABC affiliate WHAM, Lowery recalled that a nurse asked for a pregnancy test to be taken before surgery.
